Can't Sign in to the Portal?

How to sign-in for the first time

In order to sign-in to the portal, you need to have first created your sign-in access.

You should have received an email invitation from support@acornfinance.com about 10-15 minutes after signing up.

(Note: Please double check your spam folder or Updates tab in Gmail)

Having trouble signing-in

If you've already created your sign-in but you are getting an error message or it's not letting you sign-in, there are a couple things you can try to see if it will fix the issue:

  1. Double check that you are using the correct email address for your sign-in.

  2. Try opening your portal URL in an incognito window or private browser. https://app.intercom.com/a/apps/dpmkxg9s/articles/articles/4188377/show

  4. Once you have cleared the cache, try resetting your password
